   Terrible service. They didn’t make me feel valued as a customer. Don’t think I’ve ever seen the barbers smile. One of the guys gets frustrated when you tell him to fix something with your haircut. Rushes doing my haircut not having done a great job. Once I asked if prices went up for Eid, and the response was “ Brother we need to pay rent, everything price going up.” He might give a haircut lower than the size you requested without your permission - saying “its summer, it will be too hot for having a lot of hair” Even though they accept card payments, one of them tried pressuring a customer to pay cash (go and withdraw money) cus they started to get charged a bit for every card/ contactless payment. I’ve also been told next time I’m gonna have to pay cash. It’s better for you not to have a haircut or give yourself a haircut than to go here. Not worth it for the price, service and the trim. Unreliable barber shop, the haircuts given to me was literally hit or miss.

   This guy seated us so quickly and I asked him specifically "Are you sure you can cut afro hair and whose the best? He replied "Yes". He ruined my sons hair! First and last time! I'm so upset! My son is walking round with a wonky hair line and his hair line has been taken far back, making his forehead look massive and he shaped the hairline at the back just looks so bad! I even told him don't take his hairline back but he did not listen! Sides of haircut are uneven, hairline pushed back and just a waste of money!

   My son came back from the shop just now crying the man in there not only didn’t listen to what my son wanted but completely messed his hair line up and then had the audacity to charge him £15 luckily he only had £10 on him I’ve now had to give him more money to go to another barbers to fix what he done I will be coming back tomorrow for my money back

Jamal has been in the business for a very long time, he is very talented and experienced also he is fast and really precise, he gets you in and out pretty quick. I have heard him also make great suggestions to his customers. He is very caring and makes you feel welcome.”

   I used to go there all the time to get a haircut with Jamal or another Iranian guy and they were great. Lately tho there is usually one guy who literally doesn’t follow what he is asked to do. Today was the second time where he screwed up. Not coming back.

   Cool Cuts is my favourite London hairdresser. They always do an excellent job and contrary to many others they are still affordable. I have to travel a bit longer to get there, but it's worth the detour.
