    Asked for my son to have just a fade at the sides of his hair he told me no go to professional around the corner. (My son is mixed race) I explained my son doesn’t have Afro textured hair he has soft silky curls that’s more European textured hair. The man still proceeded to tell me no. It’s actually disgusting that you basically discriminated my son just because of the colour of his skin when you didn’t even attempt to feel his hair to even know if you could do it. I’ll now go to the Turkish barber on chatterton road where he normally goes. I wanted to try a barber closer to my home. Hopefully he doesn’t do this to anyone else. My 8 year old son was left questioning what was wrong with his hair.

    Put a review on here a year ago when Byron first opened. Good service then. Since, the price increases every time I visit and it is almost impossible to find Byron actually working. Tried one of the other guys last time and did not like the cut at all. Byron has obviously settled in now and rarely works and let's inferior barbers cover for him. Obviously, I will once again gave to try and find another barber. Why can't someone start a company and keep the same service they give when they first start out?

    Honestly the worst place I have been to. The person at the desk is rude and did not know his own prices. Customer service was very bad I can't imagine how my hair cut could of been. DO NOT GO THERE WASTE OF TIME
