I am not happy with the way I got treated when I was Waiting in the queue I asked nicely to the gentleman behind me to give me some space and I explained that was autistic a lady she was working on the til She was About 16 years old She said that I was in the wrong for being so polite and I asked to speak to the manager of the Shop and I explained, I was autistic and I had to have someone needs to be with me when shopping. I’m capable to be out on my own the manager treated me like I was a two year old and I am 33 years old Then manager explained I was autistic and I think that’s disrespectful To myself, and other young people who have autism. The manager ended boring me from the shop because I was standing up for myself. I think not only the managers for the Shop Staff should go on courses about Hidden disabilities.

The new staff are terrible got stuck behind an old woman taking the mick so the queue backed up as you imagine so they opened a new till instead of giving us the heads up so we could get served after waiting 7 years she just got them to open it so all the people behind us got served first! The way the layout is, we couldn't wiggle out past the woman holding us or the queue behind to get there in time before the masses did. ended up walking out without the one loaf of bread we were buying and had to buy it in b&m. As we couldn't wait any longer for her to faff with the till to get the woman her receipt don't get me wrong it was partially the other customers fault but I don't understand why she couldn't of just put our item through before dealing with her again! We didn't even get a sorry for your wait or anything she was speaking to the woman so rude as well, and don't get me wrong, the customer was annoying, but still! My manager would have had my head if I had acted the way she did in my shop. Then after avoiding the place for the last few weeks we begrudgingly went back to buy a oack of meat and the same girl was buying noodles instead of just paying and going proceeded to have a giant conversation with the lad on tills about the new uniform and how she refused to wear jeans as they make her uncomfortable while we stood around like lemons in a dead shop waiting for her to finally pay! I swear if I see her working, I'm not stepping foot in the shop again.

Always have the stock in you're looking for. Nice friendly staff and even though it was quite busy the tills ran faster than a fast thing that has just graduated fast college.

My iceland account was hacked and my xmas shopping money gone, went in to see manager no help at all , obviously I was upset instead of trying to help he called Steve the security , who came down while eating a pastie an telling me to leave the shop while spitting pastie out of his mouth , very professional , I would urge anyone who has a iceland account to check it as apparently its your responsibility if you get hacked not there's, I explained that was my xmas shopping but they were not interested , I'm disappointed and disgusted how they treat their customers .

Cashier allowed a home delivery to go through the basket only till, it caused a huge back log we was waiting for 25 mins to just get served. Not a great 1st visit to the store.

We often shop at Iceland and rarely have any issues. Unfortunately, now if you get a delivery you have to pack your own bags. This might not be a problem for most people, however as a disabled person this is a problem and was a big part of why we shopped there

Shop manager (I presume he is) is absolutely amazing. The best repertoire with the customers I have ever seen. Takes time out from what he's doing to help those that need a little more assistance. He's taken his time getting to know customers and it makes it such a nice environment. You can't help but smile while watching him go about his business

Nice shop and shop assistants. The security guys are pretty useless... Chatting in the middle of the floor, blocking the way to the fridges, but they were not really bothered. Local shop, always busy. No free car park nearby, so not recommended for drivers. Busy transport junction for buses and mersey trains. Many other shops nearby too, in the Strand Sopping centre. The prices are sneaking up slowly, like everywhere else...
