   These barbers are completely unprofessional and would be better off cutting goat hair! They absolutely ruined my son's hair. Total waste of time and money!

   Disappointing haircut – the fade was uneven and misaligned. The barber used thinning scissors for blending and trimming, rather than standard scissors, which compromised the overall look. It felt like the work of an inexperienced barber. I had to visit a reputable salon to fix it. Would not recommend – avoid if you value quality.

   Normally my husband has a really good experience with Ali Barbers in Loughton and has been going there for the past year. He went on Thursday last week to get a haircut for our wedding - the brief was short sides with a good length on top that blended, and came back with an unblended fade, and when his hair hasn’t been styled, it looks like someone used a flat cap and cut round it! There hasn’t been any proper layering done. Luckily we managed to fix it before the wedding. He said it wasn't the usual person he has and this person he did have was clearly untrained. Someone needs to do some quality control. On the plus side he also got his eyebrows and beard trimmed which were absolutely fine. A big disappointment given he has been coming here for a year and actually likes the place!

   Below average haircut which was clearly rushed to get the next person in as quickly as possible. The service is £19 for a cut and wash. There was no attempt to even offer me a wash, let alone the use of a mirror at the end so I could see the back. Still charged me the £19. My 6 year old was rushed through at the same time by a separate barber and I had to keep getting up mid my haircut to check on him, despite asking for him to go before me so I could supervise. They did a really bad job on him. There won't be any repeat custom from us.

   Terrible service. Charge £20 for a 6 year old’s haircut because he did a skin fade, spent 10 mins on the haircut which was all uneven and no effort at all. I was sat right outside in the car and been going there for years but took advantage of my 13 year old and said we checked price with him. I normally pay £13. When I complained says that’s the set price, wouldn’t give manager details or their names kept saying give money and leave. Also said if you want to complain come tomorrow receptionist is off sick today so I took their pics to post here. Do not go there - zero sense of responsibility. Zero customer service. You can see their rude attitude in the photographs.

   The barber didn't want to hear how I wanted my hair and at the end I was completely disappointed with my haircut. I won't ever be visiting this barbers again.

   Had mixed haircuts here - not been for a few years because the quality was declining. Similar cost to other places on the high street but the level of care and attention to detail is seriously lacking.

   Terrible scissor cut on a 7 year old, barber was useless with the style and cut both his ears because he insisted on using clippers. Nothing looked cleaned or sterilised, all tool came out of drawers. Avoid.

   1 star is a bit generous. Not only have they shaved a bald patch into the back of my head, the back of it is uneven. It's like a triangle. Not only have they ruined my hairline they've ruined my reputation. I can't leave the house for 3 weeks now, I'm gonna have to live off the land, I'm gonna have to learn how to farm, I'm gonna have to learn how to hunt. I'm gonna be living like a Neanderthal. He didn't show me the back of my head and no wonder why! I even gave him a £3 tip. I am absolutely devastated. To end my review I would like you all the pray for my hairline. Thank you
