I visited Morrisons Supermarket on Friday the 28th November this year, I needed some assistance regarding an item I was wishing to purchase. Apparently the item was out of stock in all the Large Superstores on the Wirral, the very helpful Lady I spoke to said she would enquire if the item was available in another nearby store, luckily for me there was one available in Chester Store. The ladies name was Christine and I believe she was the Manager at the New Brighton Store, what more can I say about this lady, she went above and beyond to get me the item I needed, and I collected it on Saturday morning in the New Brighton Store, she even met me personally for the handover. All Morrisons staff are always polite and courteous, and I think it all filters down from the top down. Christine is an absolute credit and assett to the Brand and Store. I will not forget the way my request was dealt with and I certainly will shop in store again. I am a Morrisons card holder and do quite a bit of shopping in West Kirby and New Brighton. Both stores are a credit to the business and you should be very proud of all your staff. Many thanks again Christine, you made my day and if I was your boss I would definitely be giving you a pay rise, and you had a beautiful smile and manner as well, a totally thoroughly professional service from the minute Christine took control. Bye for now, hope you all have a Wonderful Christmas XXX.

I broke down on your car park yesterday afternoon. AA came but I must mention your outdoor assistant Alan he helped push my vehicle to safety and was extremely helpful and supportive. He could have walked away saying ‘It’s not my job’ but didn’t . Thank you Alan .

Ordered our food on the screen (1 breakfast annd one bacon sandwich), took table number. Waited 27 mins which seemed forever. Food came out very well done nearly burned but not hot or even warm. It was bordering on cold and the mushroom were actually cold! Not good service or quality. Will not be visiting that cafe again. Only gave it two stars because the latte was nice.

I want to give a big thank a very caring member of staff called Christine who assisted in the finding of my grandsons Teddy on Friday. My daughter and grandson had gone for the day out and called into Morrisons, unfortunately the Teddy got lost somewhere in the store, and we had a very upset little boy and Mum... ! Christine very kindly contacted my daughter the following day when the teddy was found on a shelf in the store.! 5 star customer service ⭐️

The café ordered poached egg on toast ended up with half boiled egg. Staff appear to be young kids with no idea what they are doing, walking g around in circles trying to look busy. no complaint system in place for the long wait. 45 minute wait for 2 sausage butty and egg on toast with no apology or updates provided when requested. Very disappointed.

I appreciate that this is a busy store with so many people enjoying a nice walk & bike ride at the weekends, but the Cafe is so messy and univiting. The staff are lovely, friendly, hard working people but there is just not enough of them. The table numbering system is a lottery as you have to pick whatever you can see available but if you are dining alone then by the time you have queued and ordered somebody else has taken your table. Why not give the numbers out at the till? A lot of people were having to clear the previous customers dishes away before they could sit at a table, but the tray holders were already full to capacity and the tabke then needed wiping down. As I have said though, it is not the fault of the few overworked staff, just the lack of them. Regards John

While it's often pricier than other supermarkets, there is decent variety from value range upwards. There's often a free piece of fruit for kids. Lunch meal deals are good. The Butcher counter is particularly helpful. Discounts aren't great on whoopsed items. The store layout is good, till options good and staff are friendly. The main café can be pleasant but there's rarely enough staff to work till and drinks machine when I've been in at busier times. The little bistro is better.

We went for lunch today, we paid £15 for sausage, mash and fish sandwich. We waited so long when it arrived it was cold, my husband has dementia and was upset that we waited so long so did not complain. We have tried food here before and was no better, it just happened that my husband wanted warm food and it was the nearest place to go.Not again.

Very unique place as this shopping centre is by the seaside in the heart of New Brighton. I drive there from Liverpool for a walk & shopping. Clean and really good quality of products /food, including seafood and green groceries. Definitely worth a visit or two. Free car park, chippies, coffee shops, promenade... All around the front door Same but the prices gone up after 2 years. Fresh goods, clean, busy and lovely location!
