   Very complacent, unprofessional, unproductive and non responsive to every call made or email sent to them about travel cost reimbursement. The application was made in February 2025 and it was approved. But NHS Birmingham & Solihull had failed miserably to make a refund. Such a shame on those who employed staff cannot perform and wasting English taxpayers money. People who vulnerable, on low income, sick, physically challenged, unemployed, on benefits, and pensioner suffer the most!!!!

   I just cannot get hold of anyone to speak to, or get a response from my emails. When I call it says that the mail box is full, or there is no-one there to take your call so please call back. What is one supposed to do. Poor service

   Absurdly difficult to see a GP. First you cannot get through on the phone, online booking is suspended, and the earliest appointments the reception can offer is in four weeks time.
