   Really poor service, dont bother with the opening times on the door or the Internet they were in the shop, the door was open before closing time and they refused us. I would have expected that they would at least go till the advertised sign.

   A cut above the rest!! First time experience using Residence. And what lasting impression it's made with by myself and my partner!! Old school vibes in terms of treatment. But set in a beautiful modern clean and hygienic environment. We have found our new barbers. I can be picky when it comes to my hair cut. Due to having as I've been told previously... Multiple crowns. So I don't have the easiest of hair to cut. In my time I've had some blinders. And some bangers. The cut and treatment we both received was 10/10. Even gave me a sim removal tool whilst I was having issues with my phone. In my eyes.

   A great welcoming team always make me feel comfortable with a bottle of Stella or water! I see them regularly as they are my local barbers but they never let me down, always on point with my hair cuts and beard trims! The hot towel is a must!!! Thank you once again boys see you next week!!

   Proper expenisive £32 for a sloppy trim up. No better than £10 barbers. Speed is most important to them. Felt like a hedge getting a trim up. Looks cheap!!!

   It used to be my go to barbershop. The service and attitude of the staff both have deteriorated. There are two new staff members running the show now. The first thing they have done is increase the price to £16 which is higher than what is stated on the website and they have stopped offering both head and arm massage. Something as basic as a hot towel seems to be at their own discretion. They clearly get on with some more than others, since they have a chat through the entire haircut which may last up to 45 minutes. The quality of the haircut isn’t bad but not good enough to justify the random increase in price and cutting out services.
