   Fades and Blades Barbershop in Romford is a clean, relaxing, and good place to go to get your boy's haircut. I enjoy taking my two sons there because they always get a good professional haircut every time they go. Roger, Moses, and Joshua are very good qualified professional barbers. They are very patient and kind and always make sure their customers are well satisfied with their haircuts and their services. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a barbershop.

   The service from Akram was excellent. He took his time to listen to the details about how I wanted the haircut to be done and executed them all perfectly. After the haircut he also asked me to rate the cut and the service on a whole. I’ll definitely be back !

   Very bad experience, yesterday I tried this new place(for me) and I am not happy, I asked for a skin fade, they that guy did a fade only, from the top I asked to cut it to make it straight and my hair it’s like a uniformed grass, in some parts are longer like before and in half of the head it's shorter, for beard (not bread how they write on the site), I asked for fade he took the grill out from the machine and he cut it all around. A good haircut never takes 20-25 minutes for my requests, and for my hair and beard, it's at least 45-55 minutes. You try to do their only business, to do just as many haircuts as you can to make money, but not to make happy customers, so you can keep them for a long time. I do not recommend this place, and I'm new in town. I'll take care of what you did. I have no idea where you get these 500+ reviews on Google; probably, you paid for them. I'll let people know my experience and avoid this place. If you don't know how to do a haircut, when someone comes and you see his hair, it's better to tell him, "I don't know how to answer your request" than to do what you did to me. I request a Skinny fade, and you don't put it here to select it. And because you are missing the professional skill of talking, when you make a mistake, it's better to apologize for the mistake than to try to accuse some non-behavior. I paid my old barber again yesterday to fix my hair because of what you did. When they saw my hair was laughing for half an hour and asked me what kid used me for an experiment..., Your place is now on all the platforms, trust pilot to, I hate when people don't recognize their mistake, but they try to do false accusations. I do not intend to put you everywhere, but because of your review answer from the booking app with a false accusation, I will take care of what you did to me. Have a good day. Next time, recognize your mistake and don't try to look for excuses.

   My husband for the first time gone there, since we moved house and he looked for a good barbershop to go to in the future. He did the beard and the hair at this barber shop. Jesus! For the first time, I saw him with the most horrible haircut and beard. He came unhappily and angrily. He asked for a skin fade but he got a fade. He asked to make the contour of the beard and just to thin out the beard hair. He got the shortest beard, the same size on all his face. I don’t wanna mention about full haircut. The hairdresser left one part of the head longer and another shorter. In the middle of the head lot of long hair is untrimmed. To look nice visually, the hairdresser put on his head spray. All the mistakes were visible once the fixation spray was washed. Guys, if you don’t know how to cut hair at least tell your new clients a polite reason and don’t make them look bad after your services. For sure you got on the wrong side. Train your staff to cut and then leave them to provide services.

   I took my 3 year old twins here for a first day of preschool cut and I was so happy with the service and the results. China and Yusuf were brilliant with the boys and made them feel really comfortable. Have to say a special thank you to China who helped convince one of them to have the cut and was super gentle and patient with him when he was scared. It was also great being able to have their hair cut at the same time so neither boys got too restless. Will definitely be back!

   Been going to Fades and Blades for nearly a year now and never looked back since. Quality haircuts every single time! Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, where there’s a good vibe and good music to accommodate. On the odd occasion, appointment times can be slightly delayed, however justified when they strive for perfection for each client!

   Cracking all round experience, I have been going here for over a year and continue to go even though I don't live in Romford anymore. Service is fantastic and it's a great set of guys in here, I genuinely look forward to going in and having a laugh with them. It's always busy which shows there a lot of happy customers including myself. I have been to barber shops where the atmosphere is sterile but this place is always good vibes and makes a big difference to the experience. I look forward to it. It's a very professional outfit headed up by Olu and he has assembled a great team. Look no further, best barber shop in Romford and surrounding area. I have skin fade and beard trim and end up feeling like a new man after every visit. Love you boys!

   I've had better. Fash the barber was a nice guy. Shop had a nice atmosphere. Walked out feeling good since the hair was styled with product. Went home and had a shower, both sides look completely different from one another. Hair is not blended properly on one side. One side has more hair than the side. Fade starts lower on one side and higher on the other. Fade line is also kinda visible because the barber pressed down the detailer blade on my hair and went downwards instead of the typical movement of bottom to top with a little flicking out. Safe to say I won't be coming back here again for a haircut, sorry lads.

   Best Barbers I've been to!!! There are several barbers and they are all very skilled, they pay attention to details, provide great customer service and are very accommodating. My first visit, the barber I saw offered to take my coat and hang it it up, I was asked what I wanted and was offered additional services if I wanted. When my phone rang, he paused and asked if I wanted time to take the call. Seems standard but this sort of service is not what you normally get in some barber shop. As mentioned they are very skilled in all types of hair and style. Having the ability to book online is also amazing, It means no waiting around and you could also pay online. If you normally go to barbers or hair salons you know the wait can be long. I have been on several barber chairs now and the hair cuts from each one are on point. If my preferred barber is fully booked, I will feel comfortable to use the others, that speaks volumes as people only tend to stick to one barber. The owner is constantly trying to evolve the business, from the tools they use, hair products and even the website service. Hats off to Fades and Blades. Happy to be a customer. Just over a few visits now and I feel like theres guys are my friends.
