   My son has been going to Jay & Zee since he was 4 years old. Even at a young age, they made him feel very comfortable during his haircuts, which is why I have continued taking him there for the past 4 years. I have not taken him anywhere else. The barbers are always friendly and professional. They consistently ask what style I would like for my son, and while cutting his hair, they make sure I am satisfied with the results. I am truly glad to have found a barber I can trust with my son’s haircut and one that is conveniently close to us.

   Jay has been cutting my hair for years since he had a shop in east London. Even though it is very far for me to come to rainham I travel every single week to cut my hair by him and don’t trust anybody else. It’s worth the journey every single time. His communications skills are great and knows how to make you laugh after a long day.

   been going for a year, decent experiences. yet i’ve gone today and one of the barbers must’ve been in a really bad mood. i asked for a mid fade, he hardly shaved off the sides. then i asked him to redo it, made the fade wonky on the back of my head and it didn’t connect to the sides. bare in mind i’ve been trimmed by the same guy before and given some decent trims. i want to know why. this may officially be my last time of paying for overpriced haircuts.

   Went in there for a haircut expecting to come out fine even brought a reference photo and it came out nothing like the photo. Not only was it not faded it was a number zero up to the top of my head and the hair length was so short compared to what it was prior. I don’t care if you have talent and years of it some people obviously lack the talent of being able to see with their own two eyes like any reasonable human being additionally not being able to recognise the difference in expectation and reality.
