My name is Nathan, I'm currently homeless and usually sleep by the Royal oak or garage in north heath. Because it was Sunday yesterday I stayed by the post office as it was closed and a bit quite and out of the way. Just after packing up my tent and sleeping bag and stuff this morning a man came over with a bag of food he had got for me, baguette, sausage roll, fruits, juice and chocolate. Quite a few bits that I know must have cost him a fair few quid as it was, then on top of that he helped me with a few pounds of coins. I've asked his name and I found out it is Lee and although this isn't exactly a customer review and I've never had my hair cut there I must say if the rest of the staff are even just half as thoughtful, respectful and caring as this man then you are guaranteed for sure to have the best, most welcoming and respectful service a barbers can offer without a doubt. Oh and I must say that whenever I've walked past and seen a customer leaving they always look happy and actually do have nice looking hair.
I went in today with my little boy who usually hates having his hair cut however Sheila cut his hair today and for the first time ever he didn't cry she was so lovely welcoming and professional i can not recommend her enough, and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much. X
Have been bringing my son to Harvey's since he was a baby. He is now 9. Always find the staff very friendly. Took him for his latest cut this week. Very professional and a great cut. My son is very happy with his new style.
friendly, kind and polite staff. Customer service is their number one priority (apart from the hair cut of course!) I must say though Charlotte is fantastic ! Always delivered a fanstifc standard of cut with a cracking smile. Never ever had a bad trim from her! Would highly recommend Char! All the staff in there are amazing!
