   Jack at Mercury financial management did a great job of advising me through remortgaging my property. I had left it late to begin comparing mortgage rates, but even at this challenging time he managed to find a fixed rate that suited me better than what my previous lenders were offering. When dealing with Jack and Martin, they are both friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s safe to say, I won’t be taking out any future mortgages without consulting these guys first!

   The world of mortgages and multiple lenders can seem a daunting one... especially to someone like me, who has had several mortgages and lenders over the past three decades and who has witnessed the ups and downs of interest rates and the constantly changing backdrop of this deal and that deal. The way the mortgage market is structured can seem impenetrable and off putting to the normal person in the street. I suspect like most of us who are busy getting on with the rest of our working and personal lives, what I really wanted was someone to cut out the fuss and explain the options available in the clearest possible terms. In addition, someone who was available and responsive in real time and who gave me the sense of choice without the proverbial "computer says no". I'm delighted to say that is exactly what my experience was with Mercury and in particular Jack Agg. The way Jack handled the complexities of my individual case was both professional and calm, structured and measured and above all professional. Always available, either by email or voice it has been a very positive experience throughout. In conclusion, the best review I can leave is that I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jack and Mercury to my family and friends if they needed a specialist advisor.
