   During my first appointment with Phil Perry I was feeling nervous, out of my depth and that I had much to learn. Phil was then bombarded with endless questions in my attempt to learn. He was so very patient and ensured that I understood every answer. If he did not have the answer at hand he would seek the knowledge he needed and pass that on to me. It took me a long time to decide how to proceed. During this time Phil never pressured me into making a decision and I finally felt comfortable with investing with Phil's guidance.
