   Andy was very helpful, not too pushy and except for a minor problem with the start date of the policy everything went smoothly. We did attempt an update to our policy this year, mine went well but my wife’s was held up with a bunch of question from the new underwriter that we eventually declined to accept. Disappointing since we had been with the previous underwriter for quite a while.
