Do not park here, ticket machine broken didn't accept cash or coins, app doesn't work and workers didn't care. Going to get fined thanks to them.

Good selection, shelves were full and nice friendly service at the till. Nice selection of fresh fruit and veg too. Pay £1 for parking and then get it knocked off the bill.

Sad to have to leave a negative review but feel that it is necessary to do so. On two consecutive occasions I have witnessed dogs in the shop.On the first occasion it was a woman with a particularly dirty, scruffy dog on a lead and she was encouraging it to pull out some bread rolls from a bottom shelf, obviously using it's mouth. This was clearly not a service dog as she was laughing with it and talking to it as if it was doing a clever trick. The law states that even a genuine service dog is not allowed to do such tasks for obvious hygiene reasons.I rang head office and complained..... nobody got back to me about it even though I had given them the exact time that it occurred so that they could check their cameras. The second occasion occurred yesterday and is the final straw for me.A couple entered the shop ,he was carrying a very small dog as if it was a baby and they wondered around doing their shopping as if they were entitled to do so with an animal in tow. I made a complaint to the cashier,a young boy,who literally listened to what I had to say but didn't utter one word in response. I have now done, washed my hands of the place. It is like shopping for food in the middle of a dog walking field.Iceland,EDUCATE YOUR STAFF.

The appearance of shop especially the car park is depressing. I needed to pay for parking which is refundable if spent over £5. The stupid ticket machine with is faulty and will not works on certain letters for the my car registration , therefore if I did not alerted the store , the parking company would have give me a parking ticket . I came to store to shop and not to get bloody hassle, also you are limited to shop within 1 hr max parking limit. You are shopping under pressure ! In my opinion, the price of iceland are not cheap at all, and the fresh produces are not in good quality. I certainly will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to either.

I thought Iceland was a cheap and nasty place until my wife started slimming world. The exclusive supermarket for slimming world I have visited the store a number 9f times. Although its not a mega supermarket where you can get absolutely everything, what it does do it does well. Prices are reasonable offers are great. I wouldn't begrudge food from here at all. I noticed an offer Linda McCartney burgers, sausages etc which are popular with a vegetarian friend of mine on my last visit.
