    horrible experience. nails cracked less than a week in, staff were incredibly rude, ignored me as a customer, sat chatting in their own language and so I complained, asked them to remove remaining nails, got a refund and walked out.

    Have tried all the nail salons in Rickmansworth but this is by far the best. Nail technicians can be quite brutal when removing shellac, but these guys take their time so I don’t feel my nail is getting damaged. The finish is great and long lasting. They always prioritise their booked clients, so you don’t get pushed to the back of a walk-in queue. I won’t be going anywhere else, thoroughly recommend.

    I’ve been going to Kawaii Nails regularly since 2019 and would never consider going elsewhere. I find some salons can be quite intimidating but the ladies here are all so friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere, and everything is kept super clean and tidy with a bright, fresh feeling. Lots of services available, and the girls are always happy to try new things and take your Pinterest inspo photos on board or suggest something new to try! Never had a bad experience with them, would absolutely recommend.
