   I have been to this nail bar since the summer and always had a lovely experience. Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady who did my nails was rude and did my nails so badly . She didn’t know how to do cats eye application and she did an awful manicure. She literally rushed my nails in 30 minutes and I am so disappointed with the result and she charged me £40 !!!

   I always booked my appointments and always arrived on time, but I’ve been made to wait more than 20mins a number of times and they don’t care. Yesterday I waited 30mins and you just get told that it’s because other people are late. There’s no apologies and when I got served by the owner, she greeted me with attitude because I had pulled out the left hand, instead of the right. I’m sure it was because I was asking when i was going to be seen. They don’t care about their ongoing customers, they accept walks ins all the time and clearly they don’t check their bookings. After this experience, I decided not to get my nails done and just wanted them removed. They’ve done an awful job at it and my pinky nail is in soo much pain and it’s raw red! I won’t be going back! I’ve had 1 too many bad experiences here.

   I've had a manicure done with simple nail polish. The cuticles were removed with some fast speed file first which left horrible deep marks on the nails(they are damaged).The entire surface of the nails were filled(I guess to make nail polish stay longer) and when I removed the varnish they are dry, rough and brittle. I've never had such damaged nails after having manicure!

   It really breaks my heart to leave this review as I have been coming to K&Bs for over a year but recently I have had lots of bad experiences. On I think four occasions, I have had my nails chip or form air bubbles. Which is frustrating , but I understand these things happen, and I never made a fuss and always went and got it fixed no problem. I even let it go a few times when they were really heavy handed and hurt my nails. I got chrome nails done a week or so ago (which cost more) and I noticed after leaving the shops they were covered in this horrible little marks and bubbles. I went back to get it fixed and left a note explaining what had happened , I mentioned to the gentleman doing my nails that I didn’t want to go for chrome again due to this issue and said I wanted another style. I then got to the till and they tried to charge me £35, I explained the situation and they said it was because I changed the colour - even though if I got the same colour again, it would have been the same process as it has been before when I got it fixed - filing it off and redoing it. They then bumped it down to £17 and I said I have been waiting half an hour as well. They apologised for the delay which I appreciated, but I left nearly crying as I have now spent nearly £60 on nails when it was their fault I had to come back in the first place. Do not go here. I wish I had stopped going sooner when I was having all these issues before. Wish I had the photos from the other times it’s gone wrong as well. I hate making a fuss and I understand the lady was just the bearer of bad news, just think it’s super unfair

   This is the only nail place I go now. Every nail tech is really talented, really paying attention to all the little details & efficient at the same time. Their booking app is good too, book in advance because they do get very busy on weekends and around holidays. I recommend K&B's to everyone now.

   I always wanted to try this nail salon and I’m glad I did! Went there to remove gel from my own nail and this guy kept asking to choose another gel colour which I didn’t want to! Asked him to bring another chart of colour and he said NO!! Then he broke my nails and asked if I want them short now!!!! He then pressured me to go with the colours he provided earlier and I did, then he charged me £36 and I was quite happy if he would have done a good job!!! just wanted to get out and when I got home, I used nail polish, never seen anything worse like this!! They do great job I guess from what I saw there but I will never go there again!!!

   I love K&B nails! it is such a valuable addition to Bushey high street.. Their service is great and the salon is super friendly. They also have a user friendly app which makes it very easy to book appointments from your phone. There is a free car park near by too. I only come here for my nails now - they do a great job!! sometimes they might be running behind schedule but i think that is just the nature of the business!
