   This place is the best if you want to get your nails on budget(mine was £50) and want it to look good. I had a walk in appointment and showed them the inspo picture and got a price and did it under 2 hours and even got compliments on how it looked good!!

   I popped in on a Tuesday afternoon without a prior appointment for an impromptu manicure. I did have to wait about 20 or so minutes but was seen and my nail technician did a good job. They are a cash-only establishment and they didn’t mind that I had to walk to a nearby NatWest to get some cash. I left a tip as well. I had a good experience here.

   I honestly wouldn’t recommend this nail shop. The waiting times are ridiculous — even with an appointment, you can end up waiting 1–2 hours. If you don’t have an appointment, expect to wait even longer. The pricing is also all over the place and seems to depend on who serves you. A basic set with just colour and a normal polish on toes cost me around £50 one time, but when I went back for the exact same thing with a different person, I was charged £70. There’s no consistency and it feels very unfair.

   The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had both a manicure and pedicure with gel shellac, and everything was done with great precision and care. The attention to detail was outstanding, very gentle and professional. Another big plus was the wide selection of gel polish colors – it felt truly unlimited! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality nail care in a clean and relaxing environment.

   Their nails are perfect and stay on for ages the biggest down fall is the wait time if you book an appointment expect to get seen over an hour after this with people who haven’t booked going before you, I’m sitting here at 6:53 when my appointment was at 5:50 and they close at 7 so don’t even know if I’m going to be seen.I asked a lady to give me some remover for my previous set of nails whilst I wait she said she will bring it over but didn’t.

   Oh my! I would recommend these guys. I have been visiting this venue for pedicures and my nails since 2014. They moved to new building and I moved with them because they are professionals indeed. They care about your views, they make sure you like the services you receive. The facility is very neat, relaxing even when the waiting area is busy, the chairs are comfortable and they offer best in class services with no fuss. They ensure you get the value for your money and they are very competitive with their pricing. Most importantly to me, they are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the service they offer. Anyone looking for sustainable and affordable nail service should check them out
