   Angela, every time I look at my nails I’m reminded that choosing you was one of the best decisions. Your work is consistently stunning, and the attention to detail shows in every stroke. the soft blush pink with the delicate gold detailing is so elegant, and it pairs perfectly with my mehndi. Thank you for making my hands look this beautiful.

   Most awful experience ever. Got my nails done a few months back here, a simple biab, I told the technician I had eczema on my hands and to be careful when when cutting my cuticles and she proceeded to cut me serval times making my hands bleed for days after. On top of that it was a simple biab and I left with lots of little hairs in my nails and lifting on several fingers. Messaged them on insta and they ignored it. AVOID

   I had high hopes coming here for my first ever manicure, especially after hearing great things from family members. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the expectations. I asked for a proper clean-up of my cuticles and a shellac polish. Danielle, the owner, was the one who did my nails. While she was polite, the whole appointment felt rushed, and the salon itself didn’t feel particularly clean or well-kept. I wanted a subtle pink-nude colour and trusted her to pick one that would suit my skin tone. She chose the shade, but unfortunately, the result didn’t work at all. When she asked if I liked my nails at the end, I felt a bit awkward and unsure, so I said yes. But when I got home, everyone around me pointed out how bad they looked — the colour didn’t suit me at all, the finish was rough and uneven, and my nails had actually looked nicer before the manicure. They were also cut too short. I called her afterward to express my concerns, hoping for some understanding or a solution. Instead, she told me I’d have to book a whole new appointment, with no real attempt to acknowledge the issue or offer anything as a gesture of good customer service. Really disappointed with the experience overall. I was excited for my first manicure, but sadly, I won’t be coming back.

   I’ve been visiting this nail salon in Kingsbury, North West London, for the past three years. It’s very convenient to book appointments through Treatwell. I love getting creative designs, and they always execute them perfectly. They also provide me with valuable advice on what’s best for my nails and how to maintain them.

   Great colour choices for peoples of colour, skilled staff- and yet I will not book here again. Lacked customer care. I entered the shop to a interrogation! No 'hello, is this your first time? How can we help' My friendly 'hello' was met immediately and abruptly with 'Do you have an appointment...' followed by 'Wash your hands first...' I have to laugh even thinking back to the experience. 3 stars because the polish removal and gel polish reapplication was good, but I spent my time uncomfortably and couldn't wait to leave. Maybe your experience will be different but I have too many excellent salons locally to go instead

   I have been visiting Blossom London for over a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my nails anymore. They are always attentive to my needs especially when it comes to applying nail art making sure I am happy with everything. My nails used to break very easily and since being recommended by Danielle to begin a gel overlay treatment my natural nails have never been stronger. Cannot recommend Blossom enough!

   Don't waste your time or money. Went in for a full set of gel extensions post lockdown. Staff nice enough initially, but the person I booked with wasn't available when I arrived, so someone else 'prepped' my nails and applied the extensions. Then offered gel colours, but I was confused. They only had 6 options. It became clear its because they are applying builder gel and leaving it bare. Not using any colour overlay...alarm bells. Opted for nail art. When finished the nails looked nice. Total cost £38. Within three days one had completely fallen off, even though no pressure was applied. Was gutted and requested a repair. They agreed but they offered no apology. I had to request for repair twice - was initially offered an appointment with my original nail technician but it was four days later! Complained as I didnt want to have uneven nails for so long. So I went in that day. Fixed it but nail art was redone badly and in the wrong colours. Got home later that evening and another one fell off...Messaged again but ignored this time. Really bad customer service. No offer of a new set, no refund. Awful. Going to have to remove them now as they look so silly. Dont bother!!

   Dani and the rest of the staff are the sweetest people ever. I’m incredibly lucky to have found them so close and local to me. I went with my friend to get pedicures and manicures (gel x). The place was incredibly clean and the service was top-notch. Dani and honey stayed an hour behind to make sure that my nails were done to the best of their ability as I had fairly damaged nails to begin with and she wanted to take her time and make sure it was done properly. Me and my friend couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you again to Danny and I hope to see you and Chico very soon!

   Let me just start by saying the salon itself is BEAUTIFUL and very clean. I have been coming here for some time now and it is by far the best nail experience. The girls are all very professional and I have never left unsatisfied. They handle every treatment with such care and always suggest new designs. I would definitely recommend Blossom London to everyone, you will not be disappointed!
