   I was a first time customer without an appointment, and J A Nails kindly squeezed me in despite only having about an hour left of their working day. As soon as they started to work on my nails they identified some issues. I’ve had my nails done continuously now for two years and J A Nails were the first to tell me I should completely remove what is on my nails and start afresh every 3 months. They proceeded to remove the gel which took a while! They worked flexibly among each other to accommodate other previously booked customers as I’d become an unplanned bottleneck! I was there until after closing time which proved they cared - they didn’t rush the process because closing time had passed. I was over the moon with my nails - off white chrome that has lasted; perfectly filed and no bumps on the surfaces. The price was very reasonable. I live in Bedford, this is now my nail shop - worth the distance!

   Superb nail salon! I have been impressed each time I have visited. The salon is lovely and the owners are welcoming and friendly and are also highly skilled nail technicians. I feel valued as a client and the quality of the service is consistently excellent. I love getting my nails done here regularly. Highly recommended!

   Another lovely set of nails ready for my holiday. Jenny, Andy and the team are always so welcoming and I love that they give their professional advise every time. My nails are so strong and healthy, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My advise is to book in advance as they are so busy it would be a shame to miss out. Thanks again JA Nails.

   I have been so pleased to have found JA Nails in Berkhamsted. They are professional, technically excellent and give good advice. My nails have never looked better. It's a great experience getting a manicure there. They are the best technicians I have found so far for dipping powder.

   Jenny and her husband are extremely welcoming and excellent at their jobs. In the last few days I’ve had a pedicure and a manicure each of which are perfect!! Jenny recommended a beautiful colour today for my manicure to go with the dress I am wearing for my daughter’s wedding. A great nail salon in Berkhamsted - would thoroughly recommend!

   Been in a couple of times. First time was perfect, second my pedicure came off but they kindly repaired, no problem. Third time I had a pedicure and manicure, They were running late for my appointment, felt rushed, like I was an inconvenience to them and the lady was super unprofessional, answering calls throughout my treatment. I wasn’t happy with the job they had done and had spoken up only to be argued with because I didn’t like the suggestion she made. She then pulled other customers in to have me feel like I wasn’t allowed an opinion on my nails. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This was for a special occasion and I came away feeling super disappointed and not relaxed like I had hoped. They didn’t have any interest in making sure I was satisfied with my nails. Cuticles weren't trimmed, just a rushed job. No time for customer service.

   During the long lockdown my nails were in much need of attention and decided to try JA Nails. I am so glad I did, best manicure I have ever had. Andy transformed my nails and I have booked to have both Manicure and Pedicure on my next visit. Ultra clean, friendly with a huge selection of nail colours to choose from, I am delighted, thank you both and look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

   I love JA Nails! I love how strong the SNS Dip Powder is and Andy always gives me a perfect stiletto point! The SNS and the point are both so strong that my manicure lasted 5 weeks from this last lock down with no broken nails! High quality products and high quality service. I come back every month and would never go anywhere else for my nails now that I’ve found them ☺️
