   The atmosphere was bad. All they do is talk nonsense, messed up my hair ‘shockingly’ and the haircut itself was absolutely horrendous. They don’t focus all they do is chat a bunch of nonsense! I would advise - Do not go to this barber shop and anyone who does to go somewhere else. I feel bad for the people who have gone there. They have lack of moral conduct, the staff show a lack of social intelligence and are incompetent, disingenuous had to go back in the barber shop for it to be touched up again -not my normal barber- just went to this place to get a quick cut and I don’t think they are qualified barbers whoever owns it has lost it the barbers in there are shockingly bad and are ,again, incompetent just very awkward and they talk amongst themselves like it’s a gathering, talking for the sake of talking for God knows what reason and not about hair once . no wonder they are so bad at cutting hair

   I was always satisfied with the haircut. Customer experience is not nice. I waited patiently in the queue and eventually someone entered the barbershop and jumped the queue out of nowhere with one of the guys explaining that he was in a hurry. I had already been waiting for 40 minutes. 20 minutes later I just left without getting a haircut.

   Me and my father have been coming here for 6 years consistently and, in that time, have sampled each member of the team. Never once have either of us left dissatisfied with the chat or the cut. Strongly recommend. Matty cutz has become my go to, great work!

   Had my haircut with Matt and was really impressed by the experience. I did. It have an appointment as just passing but was able to walk in, the environment was really clean and Matt did a great job of my hair. Will definitely use again. Many thanks and worth the trip from Milton Keynes.

   Took in my 3 year old into Brads for a trim up after having some div mangle his doo at another salon a few weeks before. Listen, they smashed it - end of. Proper friendly, very professional and very good at what they do. You want a decent cut, pay them a visit.

   Been going to Brads for years now and couldn’t ask for a better haircut. I’d be happy to sit down with any of the barbers, and I always receive a great finished product along with friendly service. Best haircut you’ll find for less than 20 quid in Essex!
