   I recently arranged a bridging loan with Lowry for a very unique barn conversion — definitely not your typical renovation project. The entire experience has been extremely positive. The team really took the time to understand the complexities of the build, and their support has felt personal throughout. Whenever I needed to speak to someone, they were readily available and happy to talk things through, which I believe comes from them being a smaller lender with a more hands-on approach. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Lowry to anyone looking for a lender who genuinely listens and understands more bespoke projects.

The team were genuinely lovely to deal with, and the whole process, including the additional drawdowns, were just as straightforward and efficient as the first. My project is quite unusual, and involves significant works on a building within a conservation area, which can be challenging. Despite this, Lowry Capital was willing to work with me, understand the complexities, and support me throughout the whole project where many others wouldn’t.
