Equilibrium hosted the most wonderful Christmas lunch today at Merrydale Manor. Great to meet a few of the team and chat to other clients.
My wife and I have been clients of Equilibrium for over twenty years and have been impressed with the care and attention they have given us over the years. From our first introduction to Equilibrium to the present day we have had superb customer service first from Jason as our advisor and when he was promoted now with Paul. Their responsiveness to our investment needs at the start to our now income needs as the aging process kicks in - the whole journey has been a great experience and enabled us to feel confident in our financial situation albeit having a very modest level of funds. We decided from the start to put all our various investments and pension pots in their hands and we have no regrets. The yearly meetings have always been a combination of friendly chat and enquiry as to our and our families’ situation together with the professionalism of posing the right questions to give the advice as to changes or suggestions for our ongoing financial well-being. The fact that Head Colin chose to set up what has clearly become an important local charity as well as the annual Christmas lunch adds to our feeling that this is not just a money making machine but a caring organisation.
