   After making an enquiry, I received a follow-up communication from Eadon & Co inviting me to have an exploratory chat to better understand my needs. I found their communications (whether SMS or email) to always be very prompt, professional and jargon-free. I had a couple of stand-alone calls with Aidan Carter. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was very personable too, which made the exchange very pleasant - but most of all, his honesty was very apparent. In my current financial situation, Aidan recommended that another financial company (other than Eadon & Co) that I had been liaising with, would be better suited to manage my small pension pot. I was blown away with this advice given that most companies will do what they can to get more clients (whether it is in their best interest or not). Because of this honesty, I will use Eadon & Co Ltd in the future, either when my defined contribution pension pot grows bigger, or when I am closer to retirement. The overall feeling that my financial wellbeing and what would be best for me personally was in the forefront of the conversations was very clear and reassuring. Based on my interactions, I would highly recommend Eadon & Co for independent financial advice when dealing with defined benefit or defined contribution pensions.
