   My niece got her nails done here and she was thrilled. They looked beautiful and they genuinely took their time and made sure they were as she wanted them. Reasonable for £55 including the gems. I go mine done too with gel, while I was waiting and they lasted intact well over 3 weeks. I have literally gone back today to get them off and painted over again. This time not permanent since I cannot have them permanent because of my job in school. Again, they did such a great job and cost me £20, which is so very reasonable. I actually love them in light lilac. Very chic.

   I go to ana for my hands and feet acrylics all the time she is the best I stay loyal to her, my nails always last and never ever chip she always do exactly what I ask for sometimes extra long sometimes very short sometimes a very plain nail sometimes we do diamonds, designs ect, she’s the best

   Terrible service by the staff who manicured my nails. This was on Friday, 22nd April at 6.30pm. Whilst chipping the cuticles of my nails, the guy was in such a hurry that he recklessly pulled the skin on my finger and it started bleeding. And when I asked the staff to be careful with the speed, i wasn't listened to. On top of that the shellac/gel paint came off in a single day from my thumb nail. Terrible service. The staff rush their service and despite oh my bleeding finger- I was asked to pay in full for their not so good service.

   Saw a set of French tip nails with a simple design they had posted on their own Instagram page and decided I wanted to get that, but when I went to get it done I was told that there were "too many colours" in the design. Told them just the French tips would be fine without the design but instead was ignored and left with a plain solid pink colour. And the filing of my nails was all wonky which I had to fix when I got back home. Overall horrible experience and definitely not worth £20

   I’ve been here twice. First visit was ok. Manager Ana seemed to have an attitude. Second time was terrible. I was shown a design on USA top nails Instagram page that had previously been done by Ana and agreed to it. When asking what colour I wanted she told me should would NOT show me more than two, this was said in an aggressive manner. The design is done poorly and not to the standard of the picture shown from their Instagram page. She proceeded to speak to me with an attitude and was making snide remarks. When asking for water, I was giving warm water from the tap, instead of the bottled which they had out behind their desks. I was shocked at this. I do not appreciate behaviour like that as I was a paying customer. I am very unhappy as I have paid £75 for something which I intend on taking off tomorrow. I have no intention of going again and will let everyone that I know of this experience. Highly. unprofessional
