I love this nail salon so much . Everyone is friendly but Nancy is my favourite. She has done my nails a few times now and I have never been disappointed. This is the only nail salon I would go to in Watford. More than 5*
Came in very last minute for infills as I was happy with my nails previously. It was half an hour till closing and they did not rush me or made me feel that I was holding them up in closing. The lady took her time with getting my shape right and every time I have visited they're friendly and professional. I have been here many times now and have recommended friends to go who all have had a great experience and happy with their nails.
Got my nails done along with my daughter’s, and we had such a great experience! The service was fantastic—everyone was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. They took their time to make sure our nails looked perfect, and we’re both so happy with the results. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a warm, relaxing atmosphere!
Went into here after I booked an appointments lady with glasses did my nails, they are all different lengths I’ve spent the last twenty minutes picking gel off my fingers she’s burnt and cut the tips of my fingers and they are an absolute mess. The gel is spilling out of the nail bed and on my little fingers the acrylic isn’t even the same shape as my nail they look horrendous. Didn’t realise how bad until I got back to work . This woman should be down as a trainee and not be charging £30 for an infill when they look this bad

DO NOT GO HERE I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. The lady who did my nails was rude and unprofessional. When I told her one of my nails felt loose she touched it and laughed in my face saying it won’t fall off. She didn’t smooth them down well so when the badly applied polish was put on it didn’t look good. The acrylic wasn’t applied well either. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
