   Great experience at store, Stacey was brilliant. She listened to what we wanted and gave us honest and real advice without pushing in any way. We changed our original destination based on her advice and we are very happy with our choice. Grace was also great offering advice specific to our destination and giving us excursion ideas. Would definitely recommend.

   We've booked a cruise first holiday for me never been further than ourgate. Stacey helped us book in January, helped us book parking today, showed us an activity for a day on a cruise ship, Stacey has helped us sort everything, Stacey said pop in any time if you have a question, honestly really helpful. Stacey brought up the port at Southampton, should me a video of how you drop your car off honestly I've no idea never been abroad. The help given is outstanding. Fantastic, friendly, helpful, reassuring member of your team, she's a poster girl for tui.

   After spending months thinking about doing our first cruise we finally took the plunge and went to our local tui shop in Tamworth to try and book one. The advice and all the answers to our many questions was fantastic. We were dealt with by Grace who was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole booking process a lot easier than we had thought and we got the cruise we wanted for a better price than online. She also made it clear we could come back in any time for any queries we had. Our first time booking a holiday using an agent for years but won't be the last.

   We had in mind a holiday we wanted to go on.. we googled it got a price, and went to the shop, staff are happy and helpful...showed them the holiday... they got it up straight away...we added our extras..got a price with discount, and booked...thats how easy it is....I love a shop, where I can go in, say what I need and get it, all rolled up in one place... I can always go back and ask questions....get things printed...( as I have no printer ) and pay off my holiday monthly.( I'm not one for booking a holiday on line, as i dont trust myself to get it right) Very satisfied with the time and effort the staff put in to find what we need. Well done.
