    A really disappointing experience with the company. We booked tickets for a trip via Canada to New Zealand. Air Canada was great, one section was 21 hours. The return flight we were booked at the very back of the plane, Class S which is the very cheapest which I have only found out 2 months after returning. Very little consultation was allowed with the agent, she ignored our wishes to have a stop over in San Francisco on the way back, so a total of 23 hours flying. When we tried to amend that we were told that we would have to cancel the whole trip, incur cancellations and try again, and of course costs were increasing.

    Felt rushed, sarcastic, un friendly and over all not happy with the service. Tui up the street much better. Visit there as we will do from now on. Very very disappointed Coop Travel Tamworth Ankerside.

    Been using the Co-op for the last 5 trips or so and I'm very vague I just go in give them dates, my budget and leave it to them. Not once have they let me down Ive holidayed in some beautiful 4 and 5 star hotels. This year im of to Rhodes in a nice looking 4* and the lovely lady at rhe co-op didnt try and rip me off finding a hotel well within my budget.
