   My wife and I always use this store for our holidays and we always ask for Sophia as she is amazing. What a credit to Tui, she not only finds us amazing holidays but always gives us the best advice on experiences etc and draws from her own memories of her travels, what an absolute blessing she is, I went in to book a surprise city break for my wife not knowing where to go or what to do, Sophia made me a coffee and we went through multiple options and she found me a great hotel in Prague and advised me on all the things to do. True legend she is, thank you so much Sophia for all your patience and professionalism when booking out memories. I would tell all my friends and family don’t just book with TUI but book with Sophia as she is fantastic. Thank you again.

   The service I received today when visiting this site was exceptional. Johnathan was so helpful, thorough and professional. I did not feel rushed in anyway. He took time to listen to me and help book the perfect holiday. He is truly a credit to the company.

   My two daughters booked a holiday to Greece for their birthdays one was denied entry due to passport issues my other daughter was told she couldn't travel to the UK back on the flight with her sister and now she's stuck in Greece on her own until Tuesday 7th October. We contacted the TUI New Oscott branch where the holiday was initially booked they were not very helpful they didn't care and offered no alternative because they already got the thousands of pound paid for the holiday that my daughter didn't receive no refund or even a change of date when we suggested it was offered. I will be complaining to ABTA because my daughter didn't have the holiday that she paid for it's such a travesty for TUI to get thousand of pounds for nothing. It's not right my daughter is left out of pocket. No after sales customer service from TUI and we're left in this stressful situation where one of my daughter's is stuck in Greece on her own until Tuesday 7th October. Bad experience wouldn't be using TUI again or recommend.

   I have used TUI for my last few holidays and have found them great. Although this year i have a phone call asking if i want to change money with them and i accepted. I was advised by the store not to change to USD but to change to dominican peso as they prefer peso to USD. Now i cant do any excursions or anything as they dont want to know me and my domincan peso. Family we went with took USD and are on an excursion tomorrow so thanks TUI i expect the same rate to change it back to pounds when i get back and il go indepent travel agencies in future EDIT i have this morning booked an excursion with the TUI rep costing 30000 dominican peso. was told to be outside hotel for pick up at 5 30 its now nearly 6 30 no pick up and the chap on reception has rung where we was going and no reservation has been made for us. this is an absolute joke and put me going off holiday again to be honest.
