I called them for the first time on boxing day as they were the only travel agents open on lozells Road that day, the gentleman was very kind and had a respectful attitude to me, he booked me 2 flights for my parents with my preferred day and time, also within my budget. Just wanted too take the opportunity too say what fantastic customer service I experienced when booking tickets too fly friends out too Australia.
