   worst place to send money, staff member was very rude, she was not helpful at all, i send money to pakistan 3 days ago and bank staff in pakistan where not paying out their money, when i came to complain and requested my money back, the lady assistant got angry and aggressive towards me, she also gave me bad words towards me and where i come from. she is not professional customer advisor, owner needs help and take complaints serously. she started to yell at me and didnt want to refund my full amount i paid they just take cuts when paying and also refunding,when i wanted my money she took £3 from money as refund money fee. when i questioned why she got angry and stated we buy pens pencil and paper which is unacceptable. this is my first and last time using them. i stated take my money and send it through ria which i use all the time and my money is recieved the following day. but she wouldnt accept this aswell. i am also available to come again to lodge an official complaint with the owner but i think they wouldnt even bother asking about this, there is no manager or owner on site to speak to.

   I booked a flight with this travel company, the colleagues kept me upto date with the process. The same ticket online was over 1.5K but they gave me the exact ticket £700 cheaper. I would recommend using their services.

   It’s regrettable that I have to even give one star. Staff lack basic customer services. Won’t be using this business at all, it’s not acceptable to be speak to customers in that tone, especially the female member of staff.

   Staff used to be really welcoming for money transfers, but i would not use these and Cargolord for cargo again as firstly the delivery takes a very long time, more than they say and secondly items get lost and bags get left behind, so you have to constantly chase them and noone really helps but fobs you off.

   Never do a cargo from this company, this is the worst, unfriendly company. I did a cargo, and before doing it, I asked about the fact that what if it didn't arrived or if something happened to it, they gave me soo many fake reassurances.Then when I sent it, it arrived 3 months later, and i opened it and there was stuff missing from it, and everything was damp and wet, I had brand new, things in it. Then when I phoned them about it, they weren't being reasonable at all,they were soo rude, and hanged up the phone. All of the clothed weren't wearable, and had to be disposed. They gave me another number and said its none of their problems, call this company. If you want us to call another number, why on earth are you getting money from us, well give it to another company. I highly don't recommend you cargo from this company.

   Buying tickets for Pakistan or sending money, Riaz travel is a very established company and professional in this trade. Their prices are fair and pretty competitive, never had a problem with money transfers or refunds and service is prompt. Well known name in Alum Rock and you can assure yourselves your in good hands when dealing them.

   Poor service. Purchased 10+ tickets and they failed to tell us PIA have changed luggage rules to max 20 kilo suitcase weight. Did not state on tickets either. Huge embarrassed at airports as well as had to leave many suitcases behind. When I called he was unapologetic and blamed me for not being aware the rule had changed on June 1/2019. No apology and we were all to blame. Typical Pakistani/Asian service. Will not be using again and realised they were more expensive anyway.
