Having booked holiday with polka dot few years ago I had good service however I have been in the shop about 6 months ago to enquire about Caribbean holiday but nobody got back to me at all ,I ended up booking Barbados online ,I was in shop last week to enquire about a Mediterranean cruise same thing nobody got back to me left phone number and email so I ended up again booking online today ,sad really because I like to support local businesses,
i will never use anywhere else to book my holidays !! the guys here are great. Alicia books all my holidays, tailors to my needs (i’m fussy), she never fails me. I have also dealt with Millie who is lovely and helped booking mine and my dad’s first trip away ! Josh is also very happy and helpful ! Couldn’t recommend more !
It's not the first time we are using them. We prefer them over the online holiday provider due to the human contact. All the questions will be answered, you can compare different locations and the consultant can tell you their personal experience over a location. Customer service is brilliant, the team is vwry nuce and helpful. Heidi helped us this time to make our decision. We will always return to them.

It's nice but could do with updating now not many shops worth visiting now needs a cinema and few more shops
