My mum and her partner booked a 14 night cruise to Norway leaving on Monday 1st December and returning on Monday 15th December. This has always been a bucket wish list for my mum to see the Northern lights. My mum is severley disabled following 2 strokes and is unable to walk and talk at all so she requires 24 hour care. The trip was booked through Limitless travel company at a cost of £10,000 for the two of them. He booked the cruise for the two of them and they paid it off monthly as they dont have that kind of money to pay straight outright. While he thought it was very expensive, he was under the impression that he would be helped by caring staff on board the cruise to make it an easier process for him, this is why he booked through Limitless. He also thought that the price would include any excursions off the ship to explore and places the visited. Unfortunately this was not the case and he struggled for the whole 2 weeks to take care of my mum by himself with no physical help from the carers who informed him that unfortunately they could not help with any personal care for my mum such as transferring her, washing, dressing, toileting etc. There was also an extra charge for any excursions off the ship. We are also told on the Friday before they were leaving which only left us one day to sort it, that they may be disembarked from the cruise if mums partner didn't take lifting equipment onto the ship for my mum. So we were basically bullied and forced by Limitless Travel into hiring a sara steady to lift my mum at an extra charge of £220. The sara steady did not fit around the toilet in the cabin so it was of no use to them anyway and it was not used by them at all for the whole 2 weeks. When they returned home, we discovered that if they had booked exactly the same cruise through P and O cruises directly, it would have cost them £2300 each not £5000 each. I dont understand what the extra £5400 was for as there was no extra help from the carers, no excursions, nothing extra to cover the cost? I understand that the transport from their home and back needs to be paid for so maybe the £400 would cover that and appreciate that maybe another £1000 would maybe cover admin costs for Limitless travel but that still leaves another £4000 that I believe has been definitely been charged unnecessarily. Limitless Travel are overcharging vulnerable disabled people like my mum under the pretence that there will be extra care and assistance provided, but there is none. So they are exploiting vulnerable people and taking money under false pretences. When I raised a complaint with them, they informed me that it would take 28 for them to investigate which is ridiculous and shows that they aren't taking the situation seriously at all in my opinion. If I could do a zero stars or a minus stars for Limitless Travel I would. The 1 star is just for the carers on the cruise who were lovely, friendly hardworking ladies. Physically they were not unable to help with my mums care, but they spent time with them and the others in the group doing everything they could for them all. This negative review is just regarding Limitless Travel and I have done this so that other vulnerable people to not get ripped off by them too.

My husband has been in a wheelchair for the last 8 years and after travelling extensively before, we had now lost all confidence. We had a designated agent that dealt with any queries very promptly. The team were at Southampton to help us check in and guide us through to our cabin. They offered you as much or as little support/ help that you needed and were accessible 24/7. We became a 'little family of 10' and made some great friends. Denise, Ellie, Chris and Barrie, thankyou for all your loving 'Limitless' care xxxx

This safari and trip to capetown was the most incredible holiday. Made even more so by the excellent tour manager Tracy and staff Hannah and Andreia. They were supportive, fun and added an extra social and very kind and caring side to the holiday. What a lovely group of people we shared the holiday with too. I felt very lucky to have spent time with them. Everyone was friendly and couldn’t have wished for better company, fun and experiences. I have not travelled for many years and this has given me the confidence to travel again. I travelled with a friend but would happily travel solo after experiencing such an amazing time. If in doubt do it. You will be well looked after, meet new friends and have an amazing holiday. Having the reassurance of access to equipment needed and knowing there was always someone on hand if needed. I can’t wait to go again.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday. Grand Tour South Africa. This truly was a magical experience. Our tour team Tracy, Hannah and Andraya went above and beyond to ensure everyday was organized, making sure the whole vacation was trouble free. Transportation of us and equipment was seamless. They worked well as a team and looked after everyone's individual needs, always with a smile. An amazing holiday with so many happy wonderful memories.

This is the first time I’ve used Limitless and I was very impressed even though they are on the expensive side. All the staff nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel like royalty. Everything had been thought and planned very well. Hopefully will be travelling with you again.

I am beyond happy to have found Limitless Travel! Kimberley Williams is a wonder! During my planning process for a very extensive, 6 month long trip to England and beyond, I have dealt with 8 different companies that offer Accessible Travel to persons with disabilities. The quality customer service I've received from Limitless has exceeded them all. Kimberley has been endlessly responsive, interested in my personal preferences, flexible, patient with my endless questions, organized, efficient and fast! She's also been fun and just a joy to work with. The prices of the tours are also extremely reasonable. I can't wait to be in England and traveling with Limitless!

I had a fantastic holiday with Limitless Travel in Morocco, in November this year. We visited many good places like Marrakesh, the Atlas Mountains and even went in Buggies and on Quad bikes in the desert. The tour was really well organised and tailored to the needs of a variety of people with disabilities. The staff on the tour (Dani and Marie) were friendly and always helpful when they were needed. I was able to book to have a person to push my wheelchair throughout the holiday but I like the wide diversity of assistance that Limitless Travel provide for people in such an unobtrusive way. I would recommend Limitless Travel for people with disabilities who want to travel on their own or with friends and family.

I have just booked my second holiday with Limitless Travel. Customer service and support leading up to and during the holiday is amazing. This time I have been helped by Kimberley and she has been amazing with my 1 million questions, giving me the reassurance I need that my disability needs will be met on the holiday. The whole customer service team are great.

I recently travelled with Limitless Travel to Kenya and I had a fantastic time, but this was thanks to the fantastic tour operator in Kenya, One Horizon. Africa for me was a very special bucket list holiday, so I thought I would go with a specialised company so that nothing should go wrong! How wrong was I. The only thing that Limitless Travel did with any purpose was to take money. Every other request was met with the same response, "sorry you have to do that ", from help booking internal flights in the UK, to hotel and car parking bookings, visa application and special assistance. Then there is the mandatory care call, which I never received because no-one at Limitless travel was prepared to ring me outside of normal office hours. I was told that if I didn't have the care call then company policy dictates that I could not travel with Limitless Travel. I emailed the company too ask if I was still able to travel and as of yet I am still awaiting a response. I arrived in Africa not knowing whether I had a holiday to go on. I was met at the airport by the fantastic Solomon, in a vehicle that was not wheelchair accessible, after a struggle I was able to get into the people carrier. The following morning, both Solomon and One Horizons CEO Colin arrived at the hotel. They couldn't apologise enough, they had not been told that I was a wheelchair user, but within 24 hours, two wooden ramps and a step had been made, so that I and my travel companions could access the vehicle. Not good enough Limitless Travel. However I would like to thank both of the carers who accompanied us, Eddie and Sarah who were fantastic, thank you guys. So for all the above reasons I will not be booking with Limitless Travel again, which is a real shame, because it is a great concept but so poorly executed.

I contacted Limitless Travel hoping to organise a holiday on short notice. My interactions were mostly with Kimberley, who was absolutely lovely. She identified a holiday package that was ideal for us, but it was fully booked! Disaster!! So she then tried to find us suitable accommodation in a nearby hotel so that we could still enjoy the benefits of the tour itinerary. That was not possible. Kimberley kept in touch with us, communicating the efforts she and her team were making on our behalf and putting in a great deal of work to try to find a solution. We were resigned to not having the holiday when Kimberley phoned to tell us of a cancellation. The information she had already sent made it quick and easy to book the flights and we are off to Cyprus!! My friend is disabled and she has been largely housebound during the entire period of the Covid pandemic. Thanks to Kimberley, her kindness and professionalism, we will now be able to enjoy what I am sure will be a wonderful holiday. Thanks to Limitless Travel; my experience thus far gives me the utmost confidence in travelling; I feel certain that all of our needs will be met and any difficulties resolved. I will be posting at the end of the holiday to report on what I think will be an amazing trip!
