Had several telephone conversations with Willow at the TUI Lichfield office and found her to be helpful, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. This led to us booking a holiday very easily. A lovely experience all round.
I cannot recommend the team at Tui Lichfield highly enough for their assistance with our holiday booking to Bali. On the few occasions we have been into the store every member of staff we have come across has been extremely friendly and helpful and there is always a happy, welcoming vibe when you walk through the door. Special thanks go to Jackie today who took the time to help us complete our e-visas as we were struggling to do them ourselves. We are both very impressed with how excellent the customer service has been for us. Thank you Jackie for sorting it all for us, we are so grateful for your valuable time and expertise. We will certainly be looking to book again at the Tui Lichfield store. Another visit today (December 12th) to TUI Lichfield and again wonderful help and support this time from Carly who helped us to sort an alternative flight for our holiday booking when original flight was withdrawn and saved our holiday preventing it from being cancelled.
My wife and I was passing the TUI Holiday Store in Lichfield today (Sunday 7th December 2025) and noticed the offer board outside with a City Break to Krakow Poland at a good price... The store closed at 4pm and it was 5 minutes before closing. On entering the store, conscious of the time, we met Emily who was extremely welcoming and happy to help us. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and despite it being after closing time proceeded with processing our booking to Krakow. Emily is friendly, helpful and efficient, an excellent ambassador for TUI, we will definitely be going back toTUI to book future holidays!
I was greeted with the engaging smile and welcoming face of Carly, Holiday Adviser, at the Tui store in Lichfield. I went in with a completely blank page and came out with numerous options that Carly had tailor made to suit my needs. She was kind, friendly patient, experienced and very knowledgeable. It was clear to see that she loved and excelled at her job. I have recently returned from the most amazing holiday that Carly had recommended. It was faultless from start to finish...'the best holiday ever'. Carly and her team definitely deserve more than 5 stars and I look forward to visiting the store again in 2026 for some more holiday inspiration.
We've booked our last 5 holidays with Lichfield TUI and been really happy with the service provided by the whole team. Our most recent trip was sorted out by Jacqui, she was welcoming, friendly and provided great customer service. We really can't fault the Lichfield ladies and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

We recently had two Marcella cruises and l would like to say about the excellent service we received from Jacqui and Lauryn they were both very informative on both cruises they made sure we knew when we needed to do our checking in and entering our passport information which was very reassuring that everything was in order. We have always travelled with Thomson/Tui for the last 40yrs and hope to continue. All the girls at Tui Lichfield shop have always been polite and welcoming.
