Rachel helped us book our last holiday and she was just brilliant, she done everything for us and was so knowledgeable about the different locations and what we can do when we are there.    From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. 1 minute into the store and Rae came straight up to us and offered her assistance. We were a little unsure on our destination but had a budget in mind. Rae took us through a few options and worked to get up the best within our budget. Rae was professional, insightful and overall extremely helpful throughout. This is our second time booking through TUI and I would definitely book again. A smooth process from start to finish.

   From when we walked in store the staff were really friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We saw Laura B, she was amazing. She took her time to try and get us the lowest price possible for our holiday which was eventually cheaper than booking it online. We also chatted about other holidays and she gave us an idea on prices. She‘s friendly and professional. Would really recommend booking in store with them. Thank you!
