   Incompitent secretary 'Janine' at first contact. wrong call appointment times given, wrong names given, not listening, repeating same questions, and it gets worse! I refused to give my current bank balance as it's nobodys business and irrelevent to a mortgage loan. My advisor Kerry Rowe insists on a specific time to talk to you rather than just pick up the phone to prospect anyone. The times given by secretary are wrong but finally Kerry has the temerity to say that , because I won't give personal bank details that "Equity release is not for me then!" where do they get these people from? I've spoken to other providers with NO problems. Also for your information, every one of these equity release links you see is for an agent, you're not even speaking to the equity release company , but these middle men think their hot stuff! I DO NOT.

   I needed to invest my DC company pension into annuity. Got details of retirement solutions through unbiased. Great company to deal with from start to finish. Jack guided me all the way through the complicated process liasing between my company and new pension provider. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always readily available if I needed to speak or email him. It's not very often that you get this level of customer service anymore. A few other companies should take a leaf out of their book. Special thanks to Jack for his excellent support. Keep up the great work!

   Spoke to a gentleman, to enquire about whay products they have available for my mothet, it was clear they did not want to speak to me as i have a finacial background, seems like they want to only speak to potentially vulnerable people who may not have the ability to know how finacial products would cost in the end.
