   If they can't sell you an IVA they won't help. Didn't receive any helpful advice or support and have been left in a worse financial position than when I sought advice. Would never recommend this service.

   Very helpful! I was nervous and worried about asking for help and explaining my situation. When I filled out the enquiry/calculator I got a call from Shaun he was friendly and explained things clearly and made sure on various occasions did I understand all the informationand options available to me. I also never felt judged once during the calls, for the first night I have slept better knowing someone is helping me.
