The eyebrow threading/shaping tinting lady who works here is top class. I don’t go to the fancy London brow bars since I discovered her. Her name is Ritu. (Its also a lovely reliable nail bar which is how I discovered Ritu)
Rather disappointed with the unfriendly service. Anyone who comes just wants to be greeted with a simple smile and welcome but here it is non-standard. I enter and get a stare. I had shellac done, two coats but it didn’t last longer than 8 days - the colour started peeling off from the cuticle; never seen that happen before when getting my nails done elsewhere. Apparently this happens when the polish is old.
I don’t normally complain about treatments even if they are bad and i would’ve said something while i was there but didn’t realise how bad they were till i got home, the lady was lovely she tried her best but these are just not good at all and i will not be coming back
I’ve been going to St. Tropez Spa for around 8 years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The team is always so welcoming and takes extra care when doing my nails. They’re not only thorough but also a pleasure to talk to, making each visit enjoyable. My nails always last for weeks, and the pricing is really good for the quality of service you receive.
After 2 weeks gel nails started falling off. If I went to my usual nail salon they would have lasted 2 months!! Terrible quality and cheap looking overall. Never going back there again.
