Booking was so quick and easy and Isobel in the Solihull shop was fantastic. I would like to send Isobel a huge thank you for all her help and support when I got into difficulties with the Ryan Air app ! she sorted it all out for me and ensured everything was completed and we were good to travel before we left the shop. She was extremely helpful and friendly.
We received an email from TUI informing us that our 2026 holiday date changed. We visited the Solihull TUI store yesterday, as we didn't like the new flight times. Liv and Sky were excellent, they sorted out a date and flight time that suited us. They were very efficient and friendly, a real credit to TUI. Thank you ladies x
Recently booked our honeymoon with TUI Solihull and Abigail found us the most perfect hotel. Tip top service from her when booking and the hotel is stunning. Nothing was too much issue for her in finding somewhere. Even got a room with a sea view aswell. Definitely recommend TUI Solihull for a dream getaway. Will be back in soon to book another holiday with Abi
We recently contacted our local TUI store in Solihull for advice about booking a Marella Cruise. We had never used TUI cruises before. We spoke to Claire, who was extremely knowledgable about the many TUI cruises on offer; she also gave us lots of hints & tips for a smooth sailing experience. Suffice to say, we booked a cruise and we had such a wonderful time that we have now ditched Royal Caribbean in favour of TUI Marella cruises! Thank you so much, Claire!
Booked our holiday to Benidorm in June with Katie on the 13th of January. We found her service delightful and made our booking journey so simple! I'm a nervous flyer so wasn't looking forward to boarding the plane, however, Katie went above and beyond and selected our seats for us near the front, advised of the flight duration, she was fabulous from start to finish. The other girls in the store are also polite and friendly, we definitely will be booking again in the shop!
I went into the Solihull shop and saw Claire. We had no idea of where we wanted to go, so Claire asked us a lot of questions of what we like to do. Claire recommended Lake Garda, which we would never have thought of. Everything was done for us from start to finish, she even booked us into the VIP lounge at Birmingham airport which was a lovely start to our holiday and booked parking for us too. We loved our holiday it was just perfect, such a beautiful place we will never forget. Claire is such an experienced member of staff who knows her stuff, she is so honest in her recommendations we totally trusted her, she is so funny. We wouldn’t book anywhere else now, thank you Claire

We booked our first cruise with Tui Solihull where we found Claire to be most helpful and very informative. Claire advised us on which cabin would best suit our needs and was very knowledgeable about all the cruise itineraries, so satisfying and reassuring having everything taken care of, this is the beauty of actually visiting a TUI shop rather than booking online. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire who personally delivered our E tickets to our house!! Excellent service throughout, thank you!!
We have recently booked a holiday with TUI in store with a lovely lady called Claire who was so friendly and so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she took time to explain everything to us. We had two children with us and I was worried taking them in to sit through the booking but Claire was great with them and she had them in stitches. I thoroughly recommend TUI Solihull and Claire who made it perfect.
