Ended up being an ok experience but the fact that we weren’t offered a drink the whole time yet another couple who came in after got one let the whole thing down. Something as similar as that would’ve meant we booked with Kuoni but out of principal I wouldn’t.
Absolutely useless experience, for a company committed to customer services I went in explained my holiday and after a six week wait I never received any quote or itinerary. I did receive a poorly worded apology in the form of a phone call, but it Sounded very rehearsed and machine like. The lady in the Solihull store was rude and condescending and looked look too busy to listen to their customer, with the borg like headset that was permanently attached to her head. I know they may offer you a free cup of coffee, but what about doing their job and getting you a Holiday quote - keep the free coffee!!!!! Obviously, you pay for the name with this company, but unfortunately, the service does not match what they advertise on the window, I would highly recommend you avoid using this tour operator.
Not welcomed at all. There was only one advisor in the office today ( Friday 7th feb) and she was rude and not welcoming at all.i felt judged straight away. Disappointed because this was for our honeymoon .why would I spend thousands when I receive service like this?
We had fantastic service from Jordan at Kuoni who gave us so many great ideas for our honeymoon! Jordan spoke from personal experience, listened carefully to what we were after and really helped focus our thoughts. A proposal was quickly sent over to us but without any pressure to immediately book. Conversely, Jordan was only too happy to help tweak the trip based on our feedback. Booked our honeymoon through Kuoni. Kirsty was the most helpful travel agent we've ever had and Sara spoilt us with drinks and refreshments. Would recommend Kuoni for any travel agenda!

Myself and my Fiancè visited the Solihull Branch last weekend to book our Honeymoon. We had a vague idea of where we wanted to go but were unsure on the best places to stay etc. Maddy was so friendly, really informative and we didn't ever feel pressured to book. She was so helpful and we came away having booked our dream honeymoon. The champagne was a really special touch too. We will definately be booking with you again for future holidays.
