   Went into the Shirley branch looking to enquire about a family holiday, were seen to by Kerri, she sorted everything for us and nothing was too much trouble. She found us the best deal, and even got us an extra night to what we planned with better flights. Also she sorted out my mum’s airport assistance and adapted room, excellent service.

   I went into the tui store in fort shopping centre on Sunday to book my holiday I was called over by Laura one of the advisers, she helped me to book my holiday dealt with all my concerns and put me at easy with answering questions that I had regarding the holiday. She was so helpful kind friendly and one of the best tui members I have spoken to by far. I have booked 6 holiday with tui from different stores, fort shopping centre branch was my first time, but I was so happy with how smoothly my booking went with Laura. She is definitely one of the outstanding staff from the whole team, if you want to book please go to her, I wish I had gone to her for all my previous holidays. Moving forward with all my holidays in the future will definitely be with Laura

   Went into TUI this morning to book a holiday, i have used them before and they are very good! Me and my nannan had a very open mind and weren’t really sure on what we wanted. Karen was extremely helpful and made sure we got what we wanted out of the trip, she sat with us for over 2 hours answering all of our questions. She was absolutely amazing!

   My partner and I went in to TUI Shirley today to book a holiday for ourselves and our 5 month old in May. We had the pleasure of meeting Amie, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Amie helped us find our first family holiday that was within our budget, family friendly, and met all of our needs. Having a young child of her own, Amie was able to offer immeasurable advice about travelling with a baby.
