   We had an incredible experience with Zam Zam Travels! From start to finish, everything was so smooth—flights, hotels, and transfers were all perfectly organized, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. In Makkah, our hotel was the Swissotel Clock Tower, and it was a perfect 10/10! The service was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better—so close to the Haram, which made our experience even more convenient and special. Our tour guide Mahmud Bhai was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly and thoughtful, taking us to all the holy landmarks including Jabal e Rahma, Jabal e Nour, Mina, and Arafat. On a day when my husband wasn’t feeling well, he made sure the journey was comfortable for him and looked after us with great care. In Madina, we stayed at Elaf Al Taqwa, which was also a luxurious stay right next to Masjid Nabawi—perfect for easy access to prayers and the overall experience. Our guide Afsar Bhai was amazing. From the moment we met him until our departure from Madina, he was incredibly caring and attentive. He even stayed with us at the airport until we left. We truly felt like we had known him for years. May Allah bless both brothers abundantly for their kindness and guidance. If anyone is planning to go for Umrah or Hajj, I highly recommend booking with Zam Zam Travels. Their service, care, and attention to every detail made our journey truly memorable.

   I travelled with Zamzam Travel for Umrah from 25/10/25 to 2/11/25, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The organisation of transfers to key landmarks in Makkah and Madinah was seamless and very well coordinated. A special mention to Asfar, whose detailed planning and perfect timing of drivers and transport made everything run so smoothly. Communication throughout the trip was great — Asfar was always available to answer any queries promptly and professionally.    I have just recently returned from Umrah on the August 7-17th package with Zam Zam travels. The initial stage of the booking stage went very smoothly with Sharif Bhai. We were informed of everything well and was kept up to date with the whole booking process as well as receiving all documents required for the trip. On arrival to Jeddah we were received by Brother Mahmud who had fully supported us throughout our journey and Afsar Bhai in Medina. Both tour guides are very knowledgeable and approachable and helped us understand the key historical sites. The ziarats in both Makkah and Medina were organised well and were very informative. During our trip, some of my family members were very sick and required to see the doctors which Afsar Bhai took us to be seen as well as providing us with a home cooked meal which was very kind of him. The whole umrah process went very smoothly and we had no concerns through our time. We were able to dedicate our time on our prayers. This has truly been an unforgettable trip, their kindness, knowledge and dedication to ensure we had a smooth journey is much appreciated. May Allah swt continue to bless them in all of their affairs. Ameen. I cannot recommend Zam Zam travels enough for your next Umrah trip as I will definitely book with them again Inshaa Allah.

   I travelled for Umrah with my husband and our two daughters between 9–20 April with Zam Zam Travels, and I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding service we received from start to finish. I have travelled with them on two previous occasions and this was the third. Like before on previous trips, from the moment we booked, Brothers Fahim and Sharif in the Birmingham office were incredibly supportive. They made sure we had all the information we needed, answered all our questions with patience and clarity, and helped us feel completely at ease ahead of our journey. Once we arrived in Saudi Arabia, the care and support continued seamlessly. Brother Mahmood in Makkah and Brother Afsar in Madinah were both exceptional. They guided us through the completion of our Umrah as soon as we landed and offered continuous support to help us make the most of our time in Makkah and Madinah. Their knowledge, kindness, and dedication were truly appreciated. The Ziarats in both cities were especially moving and beautifully organised – a real highlight of the trip. As a mother travelling with two daughters, I felt very reassured throughout. It was a deeply spiritual and memorable experience for our whole family, and a lot of that was down to the professionalism and warmth of the Zam Zam team.    My family and I recently travelled for Umrah from 9–20 April through Zam Zam Travels, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. This was our second Umrah trip with Zam Zam, having also undertaken Hajj with them a while back too. From the initial booking stage, Brothers Fahim and Sharif at the Birmingham office were incredibly professional and supportive. They made sure we had all the necessary information and documentation, and they were always available to answer our questions and put our minds at ease before travelling. Their attention to detail and warm approach gave us real peace of mind, especially with our tailored needs of dates and times of travel. On the ground, the support continued with equal excellence. Brother Mahmood in Makkah and Brother Afsar in Madinah were both extremely helpful and approachable. From guiding us through the completion of our Umrah upon arrival to helping us maximise our time in both holy mosques, their knowledge and dedication made a big difference. The Ziarats in both cities were beautifully organised and added a deeply meaningful dimension to our trip, a useful and helpful reminder of the key historic sites and events in Islam. As a parent, I really appreciated how smoothly everything ran. We were able to focus fully on our worship and spiritual experience without worrying about logistics.    Thank you to Fahim and his team, could not have asked for a better service or people. Very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was great not too far from masjid al haram. Fahim and his team went out of their way to help when when we needed it most. I cannot thank them enough, Allah bless them. May Allah grant them more success in their business and help them help muslims around the world to perform their Ummrah and Hajj.    Recently went to Umrah using ZamZam Travels. Did not have one fault with travelling with these guys. They offered a Brilliant package which included staying in 5* hotels, which were all located near the Mosques, shopping malls and restaurants both in Mecca and Medina. Everything was walking distance which made life a lot easier for us all.The staff were all nice and friendly and looked after us all. Met some lovely people during this trip and it’s been an unforgettable, life changing experience, Alhamdulillah. Inshallah everyone gets an opportunity to go.

The hotels in the packages were very good, location wise they were within 10min walking distances to the Haram.    Salaam Allhamdulliah, my Umrah was easy relaxing, enjoyable thanks to ZamZam travel may Allah reward them for this I booked a 10-day Umrah trip I was a little worried about travel agents in the UK promising a lot and not delivering But ZamZam was different from the start. They have been honest and true to their words. I ask a lot of questions, and they answer all in detail I was well impressed with the pack I received, e tickets for the flight, hotel voucher as discussed with the hotel name where I was staying and name photos and numbers for the agent's in Makkah and Medinah, Fahim was there through out our stay with his uk and Makkah mobile number When I arrived at the makkah airport, there was a coach waiting to take us to the hotel We checked in, and the hotel was excellent, but I had a problem with the room, I had booked a double but was given a twin. I had a word with Fahim, and this was sorted out in ten minutes, The Harrm sharif was only a 2-minute walk from the hotel as advised by ZamZam travel There was a imaam who took us for the first Umrah, he made it so easy he showed us which door gate to use and explained everything and guided us there was no pushing and we were praying it felt very nice as we could concentrate on our prayers Ziarah was an education and informative guided tour The travel to Medinah was easy and pleasant. The coach had recliner seats Again the hotel was excellent Al Masjid an Nabawi was a 4 minute walk from the hotel Ziarah was excellent Throughout the trip I was keep informed and update with all the arrangements Fahim has been excellent and always there, always approachable and always very helpful I would strongly recommend ZamZam travel there go out of they way to make the travel easier Thank you

   Zam zam travels was recommended to me by my family. I used them to travel to Umrah for the first time with my family. The service provided in the UK and in Saudi was great. We stayed at Pullman Zam Zam hotel in Makkah and Madina (Zam Zam travel recommendation) the hotels are so close and convenient. 5* to the hotels to. Zam Zam travel also arranged our transportation with comfortable cars with AC. I would highly recommend Zam Zam Travels and look forward to using them again in the near future. Jzks
