   We've paid NOW to help us manage our finances - particularly our Pensions - since Autumn 2021. NOW recommends products from a specific wealth management company (St James Place) which, for some people, might be too restrictive. However, for us, we trust Phil and his team in NOW to advise us well and to plan our finances with us. Phil visits us regularly and conscientiously, and his team keeps us informed of the financial statistics we need. Phil knows our status and our requirements, and is also happy to help us with his financial knowledge if and when we need to understand some of the intricacies. In the first 4 years of working with us, we have been happy with the advice given by NOW, and with the financial security that that provides.

   Karen has been my financial advisor for over 15 years, I really cannot put into words how exceptional she is at her job. Karen is a perfectionist and always has her eyes in the detail meaning the client can relax knowing all bases are covered. Karen likes to give you multiple options empowering the client to make decisions that are right for them. Whilst in the process of buying and selling my mum is also fighting cancer and karen has been so empathic and patient with me, recognising that immediacy is needed whilst managing emotions. Karen is such a calm individual and this is greatly appreciated when dealing with the stress of moving house. I wouldn't even consider seeing another financial advisor and many have been offered by estate agents but karen rely is the best.
