   I had the worst experience with this salon. I recently moved, so I had to change my nail technician because my old one is far from my home. This salon is nearby, so I booked a full set SNS on natural nails through the app. However, one of the staff members convinced me to do powder with gel polish instead and told me not to book through the app anymore, asking me to call directly. I trusted her advice — which turned out to be a big mistake. From the beginning, most of the staff were very rude, except for two people who were polite. The quality of the work was extremely poor. Within 10 days, one nail’s gel popped off, so I went back for a fix. Even then, the staff were rude when I explained the issue, but I ignored it. They refilled the nail and charged me £32 again. After 15 days, two more nails had gel popping off and two nails broke completely. I went back again and didn’t complain, thinking mistakes can happen. I got two nail extensions and kept the rest natural. Unfortunately, within two weeks, the extensions broke and two more gels popped off again. When I returned and asked them to remove everything and redo it properly, my natural nails were left in terrible condition. They tried to justify the damage by saying it was “just discoloration,” but it was clearly severe nail damage. I told them I didn’t want any more work done and wanted to keep my nails natural. They didn’t charge me for removal, but that does not compensate for the damage they caused. Now it’s festive season, and I’m left with weak, damaged, ugly nails. This salon lacks professionalism, proper technique, and basic customer respect. I would never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

   Went in for shellac french tips, first time visiting this salon. Loved the design, overall result and service. Unfortunately within a week my shellac started chipping and falling off. At first I thought my nail had broken off, but the chipping started in multiple nails. I realised I could easily just pull it off if I wanted. I'm not an expert but I've had shellac done many times before and this has never happened. There are also weird dark patches trapped between the shellac and a few of my nails. I have no idea what that is. I'm disappointed ☹️ I paid £38 which is not super expensive but not super cheap either and the results didn't even last a week.

   I recently visited One Nail World in Harrow, and I can confidently say it deserves a five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel special. The nail technician was not only skilled but also took the time to understand what I wanted. I appreciated the wide selection of colors and designs to choose from. If you’re in the Harrow area and looking for a place to pamper yourself, this is definitely the spot to choose! Highly recommend!

   It is a good price nails place. But I don’t like and understand that it is expensive to just take off. Staff are friendly depending of who they are as some can be not friendly or nice! I like how they updated the place. Recommend to go do your nails here but no take off here.

   I was today for do my full set nail acryic powder. Done in 45 min +15min for dry the laquer. I pay 25£ I give 3 star becose how you can see in some place the girl dont was carfol to delete the excess laquer. And also i stay 15 min in the drai nails and she live me alone there.she didnt tell me when i can go! I stand up if i can go! For sure i will go again ...becose the nails are nice! The next time i hope that will be better.
