Excellent service and very helpful staff. Just got back from Saudi Arabia. All flights and transfers were on time. Minibus waiting outside the airport and hotel was all pre booked and ready by worldflyer travel. Had no issues communicating with the travel agents whilst abroad. Great experience. Excellent customer service and flights at great prices.
Shocking experience. Went to see about advice for going on holiday abroad. Was told had to wait 10 minutes then ended up waiting 30 minutes. He then wasnt very polite and we had to repeat dates several times and he was still getting them wrong. He then told us a price that was really expensive for what we were after. Such bad customer service would not recommend going.
