I will never use them again They have cost me over 3thousand pounds lost 2 cruises of one month each and after 3 visits to the shop to discuss the problem he refused to Diss cuss the problem and as good as thew us out of the shop .His lady assistant sat the looking helpless but the look on her face she told me she understood the problem
From booking until our return from holiday, everything ran like clockwork. A super holiday and will certainly recommend for attention to detail and customer service. Not their problem, but space on Easy Jet aircraft is minimal - so glad we're not overweight passengers!
We have booked many holidays through Holiday Warehouse and have always had a great experience talking to Keith and Nicki, using their friendly and hugely knowledgeable understanding of all aspects of travel. We recently travelled around New Zealand for a month and once again everything went to plan aided by their meticulous research. Would definitely recommend and a big thank you to both of you
