Arrived on time for my appointment, was barely acknowledged, nobody turned up for 15 mins so I ended up leaving. If someone had just mentioned that there was going to be a 15 min wait that would’ve been fine but workers were unbothered. Wouldn’t recommend
Had my nails done here and I’m obsessed! The attention to detail was incredible, the shape is perfect, and the finish is so clean and flawless. Super friendly and professional service too. Can’t wait to come back!

So the salon itself is nice, and my experience of getting my nails done was very relaxing. However it was my first ever time getting them done and there was a lack of explanation of the process, what colours/finishes I could get. I had booked for gel nails and got a really nice finish, but it's only been a week (I got them done on the 30/08) and 3 of my nails have started to chip/get destroyed already. Pictures below showing the fresh set and them today. Really disappointed as I thought they would last 2 weeks minimum, not a similar length of time to normal nail polish that I do myself.
I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years and what I experience yesterday was unacceptable. I went for my usual acrylic + shellac and I tough to give it a try and change a little bit my nails shape; after a couple of minutes I realized that I wasn’t happy with the shape and I asked him to not continue but instead, to make them shorter … the guy that seemed already frustrated and nervous since I stepped inside the store, bounced back and started yelling at me that I WASTED HIS TIME, that I had to stop him straight after the first finger and so on…. Me shocked for the reaction I just wanted to go away but then thinking I reply to him that I’m not there for free, I’m paying for his service and that I will pay more if needed but I have to be happy with the result, and also, I was the only costumer. No one was waiting which I could maybe understand. It’s was really unpleasant and unprofessional and I felt really bad till the end. Horrible experience!
