   I wouldn't hesitate to use Retirement Professionals again, though I only plan to retire once! They helped me to set up an annuity after I took early retirement. Because I was below the normal minimum retirement age, very few insurance companies would provide a quote for me. After requesting help from many pension advice services, Ian from Retirement Professionals was the first to reply with a positive response, and he continued to be easy to contact to discuss things over the following weeks. Once I had settled on the annuity options I wanted, Ian was able to lock in the highest value quote that had been provided. Lesley from the administration team sent regular updates to inform me of progress, and she worked tirelessly to exchange information and queries between the provider and my pension scheme - who from my own experience were very difficult to communicate with. My annuity is now live and I am putting my feet up (not!) Thanks again to Ian and Lesley.

   A genuinely brilliant experience. I don’t often write reviews, but I felt compelled to on this occasion. After becoming disillusioned with the ups and downs of the stock market and the high fees, I decided to research annuities. Because from the very outset, they demonstrated honesty, openness, and transparency it was clear they had my best interests at heart. Nathan and Lesley have been absolutely outstanding. Patient (and they needed to be!), quick to respond to every query, and simply brilliant from start to finish. They handled everything required to complete my annuity purchase, turning what could have been a daunting process into something completely painless and effortless. Cost to me personally. Zero! I was introduced to Hayleigh who took up my pension transfer, again very friendly and kept me informed on all aspects as it progressed.
