   Had a bad incident at Amritsar Airport they refused to board us on the flight as Child seat and Share code issues were raised by the air india staff at the airport.I had to pay another Rs 160000 at the airport reservation counter to get back to England on the day after tomorrow. I contacted jays travel when I came back.The Owner Mr.Sukhwinder Singh claimed on my behalf and I received the full amount in my account.Never seen such travel agency.i recommend them for their professional Conduct and good behaviour.

   The Air India flight was recently cancelled due to a mechanical problem. This resulted in a 24 hour delay. During this time we received excellent service from all agents at Jay Travel. They kept us informed and remained calm, respectful and professional, even though we were very stressed about the situation. We have been booking with them for several years and will continue to do so. Thank you to all the agents for your support and patience.

   Excellent customer service from Sonia and Jass. Most competitive price received, immediate confirmation. No immediate parking outside the shop. Entry to shop is not wheelchair accessible, also shop not large enough for wheelchair manoeuvring. 1 small step at shop entrance, seating available while you wait. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
