exellent { or so i thought}!,then came the problems, it seemed he was never in, his staff diddent seem to know very much about certain things , then i put in a complaint about an issue i was having ,i was advised to by the regulator, and although no fault was found on his part, he dropped me like a " hot potatoe"!,very unprofessional i thought, very childish ,to allow his persional feelings get in the way of his buisness.
