   I came in to have my nails removed as they felt heavy, and ended up trying BIAB instead. The experience was amazing — my nails look so natural and feel so light. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely be back!

   This was my fourth visit here, and unfortunately it will be my last due to consistent issues that this visit has confirmed. Firstly, the nails are always left incredibly thin with no apex. I came in with a photo of the set I wanted, but the man doing my nails showed very poor workmanship. It took him multiple attempts, and even then the end result was uneven across different fingers and hands. I also explained that I was trying to grow my nails, yet he drilled down the base of each nail and cut them all at odd angles, setting back my progress. To make matters worse, I was charged £55. I don’t mind paying for quality, but the work does not justify the price, especially as I was quoted differently over the phone. When I queried this, Lisa brushed it off saying “it was very hard,” and she and her colleagues laughed, frequently coming over to comment while my nails were being done. They should also be mindful that some customers do understand when staff speak in their own language.

   Not great at all... had them done today. I'm trained myself so I could go on and on. Toe nails are peeling, shape is flaring out, free edge is a mess and the white tip will come off within days because it's not secured. Dead skin everywhere both on toes and fingernails... Gel was placed on dead skin hence it's peeling immediately. The curve of the nail is all wrong and incorrect. I have my birthday next week and a wedding to attend later on. Serious lack of precision, attention to detail, waste of money and time.

   I’ve been going to Lisa Nails for years — they used to be good, but over time the quality has gone downhill. I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times, but this last experience was by far the worst. I paid £94 for a full set and pedicure, expecting a good result for an important family event and holiday. The pedicure barely removed any hard skin, and within just a few days, my nails started chipping, peeling, and the French tips on my toes completely faded — after a single visit to a water park. The work didn’t even last a week. When I messaged them with photos, they offered to fix it — but only after I return from my holiday, knowing I needed them to last for a graduation. That’s not helpful at all. Then they followed up with a message saying: “We don’t do refunds.” That’s not just poor customer service — it’s actually against UK consumer law. Now they’re completely ignoring my messages, even after I showed clear proof. They’re greedy with money, rush through appointments, and don’t take care to provide quality anymore. A redo just means getting the same rushed, bad service again. Honestly, many of my friends who used to come here with me have already moved on to better, cheaper salons. I wish I had sooner. Lisa Nails is now completely overpriced for the quality they offer. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

   Always leave with my nails looking great. Staff are friendly and show you the nails throughout the process of doing them to make sure that you're happy with how they are going. They're also able to do nail art/designs well from photo references and will let you know if they think something would work better

   I found Lisa Nails on the high street today, it was my first time being at this salon. All I got to say is I’m very much happy and impressed with my nails. I was nervous showing the nail man the nails I wanted that something might go wrong with my choice of design but the staff there proved me wrong. The staff were super friendly and very listenable when it comes nail designs, shaping and colours. I was so impressed they are able to the do the nail set exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Lisa Nails for making me feel welcome and patient with me as a new customer. I will definitely visit again for an infill.

   I have been going to Lisa’s nails for years now and they never disappoint. You show them a design and they ALWAYS delivered. Tina is very talented at creating and experimenting with different nail styles/designs.They make sure you leave with your nails looking on point and that the customer is happy. The atmosphere at Lisa’s nails is welcoming and friendly.

   It was my first time today being at this salon and all I got to say is I’m very much happy and impressed with the work. I was very skeptical that something might go wrong with my choice of design but the people there proved me wrong. The workers there are super nice , super Friendly and very listenable and calm too as well. I never give reviews but today I felt like I needed to I’m so happy with my nails and I’ve being getting compliments already I will definitely be coming back again. Cheers xx
